About Crystal
In 2009, Jinks, Crow & Dickson took a chance on Crystal with no legal experience and hired her as part of the team. She quickly grew to love the legal profession and decided to go back to school where she received her master’s degree in Judicial Administration and obtained her advanced paralegal certificate.

Over the years, Crystal has had the privilege of helping to provide legal services in real estate closings and transactions, business disputes, estate and probate matters, insurance disputes, and personal injury matters, including product defects and catastrophic injuries. She enjoys building relationships with clients, agents, and other legal professionals.

Crystal is an active member of the Alabama Association of Paralegals where she was selected the 2019 Region II Paralegal of the Year. She has also had several articles published in a variety of paralegal magazines including the AIEG Voice Magazine, NALA’s Facts & Findings, and Paralegals Connect Newsletter.
Outside of the Firm
Crystal and her husband, Adam, live in Fitzpatrick and have two children.
Crystal and her family are active in their local church where they are able to actively serve their community. Currently, Crystal is working with Alabama CASA to establish a CASA program to serve Bullock and Barbour County. CASA programs are used to help advocate for abused, neglected, and abandoned children.
