About Nathan

Relationships matter. Relationships are the backbone of any successful business endeavor. Relationships make life more enjoyable. Relationships also drive us as people and give meaning to the lives we are living. Attorney Nathan Dickson brings a relationship-based focus to the practice of law.

Nathan manages the firm’s Montgomery office and its real estate closing practice. In addition, Nathan offers counsel and representation to clients on a number of issues involving business, estate, and conflict resolution matters. Nathan’s relational practice of law has built successful working relationships with agents, clients, and other counsel to understand the motivations and needs of everyone involved in a transaction or dispute. Nathan has years of experience involving real estate transactions, business disputes, estate and probate matters, insurance disputes, and matters involving complex facts and catastrophic injuries for injured clients.

Nathan’s real estate practice is based out of the firm’s Montgomery office. The firm offers a full-service closing service, with all title insurance, deed preparation, and loan closing work done professionally and on the schedule set by the agents and lenders. Nathan’s closing practice involves being fully open and available to agents, brokers, and their clients to keep the closing process efficient, protected, and on time. It also involves a unique closing day experience that honors the excitement of this important day in the lives of the clients involved.

Nathan’s real estate practice brings a broad range of experience that agents and clients rely on beyond the closing of a home purchase and sale. Years of experience in a broad range of real estate, personal injury, and insurance and business disputes make Nathan a reliable source of counsel for those who know him and work with him. The agents and clients who work with Nathan know he is a cell phone call away for some quick advice on a matter or a referral to another source, if appropriate.

In addition to real estate closings, Nathan handles matters in probate, from probating and administering wills and estates to resolving conflicts related to the probate process. He handles matters related to insurance disputes and bad faith, as well as representing businesses that have been harmed financially. Nathan handles a broad range of issues for farmers throughout the southeast, including defective farming equipment and issues related to seed, herbicide, and other implements damaging a farming operation. Nathan also has years of experience with traumatic injuries and wrongful death matters and continues to represent a select number of clients in those complex matters.

Nathan is a certified mediator who regularly works with attorneys and individuals to try to resolve disputes between the parties either during the litigation process or to avoid the litigation process altogether.
